Overview

What we do (and don't do).

No third-party cookies
This site does not place any advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be used are functional ones (theme preferences, stored locally).
No tracker
No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar. We don't know who visits the site, from where, or how often.
Minimal data
Only the tester registration form collects personal data — solely what's needed to contact you back.
Radio network: pseudonym
On the Meshtastic network, messages are identified by a NodeID (e.g. !a1b2c3d4), not by a real name or a SIM card. You choose your own alias.

This data is transmitted via Formspree (data processor, see §6) and received only by the association's board.

3. Legal basis & purposes

The form's checkbox constitutes free, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw it at any time.

Legitimate interestArt. 6.1.f GDPR

Management of access logs on the hosting provider's side (GitLab Pages) — maximum duration 30 days.

5. Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@larrunkonnect.org. We reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Cookies & trackers

This site does not place any third-party cookies. The only local storage used is localStorage to remember your theme (light/dark) and display density preferences. This data never leaves your device and is never shared with third parties.

No cookie consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookie is used (in accordance with CNIL guidelines of 17 September 2020).
